integration specialist

you like it when systems talk to each other, and you notice when they don't. you're the type of specialist who gets satisfaction from a clean data flow, a well-handled error, and a client who never had to notice something broke.

at sinsou, we've delivered integration projects for 70+ organizations worldwide, around 20 of which we still actively maintain, improve, and expand on alumio. besides building integrations, we also provide alumio training and review the work of other implementation partners. after three years of growth, we need someone to take responsibility for keeping these connections running and help us make them better.

what this role actually looks like

your week will be a mix of:

monitoring and maintaining our live integrations in alumio, catching issues before clients do.
debugging and resolving technical problems in production environments, working with apis, data mappings, and error logs.
improving existing connections by optimizing performance, tightening error handling, and reducing noise.
building new integrations from functional and technical designs our team creates together.
contributing ideas on how to make our platform more stable and scalable as data volumes grow.

this is not a pure ticket-queue role. you'll have real influence on how we operate and improve.

the team

we're a small, specialized group (and growing). we care about clean architecture, solid error handling, and thoughtful data modeling. low overhead, high standards.

you'll work autonomously, but not alone. we pair on hard problems, review each other's work, and meet in person roughly 2 days per week at our office in emmen (on average, flexible on which days).

what you'll work with

platform: alumio (ipaas, no-code/low-code)
protocols & patterns: rest, graphql, webhooks, various third-party apis
monitoring: internal tooling for connection health and alerting

you'll thrive here if you

get energy from both building and maintaining integrations.
are comfortable with apis, databases, json/xml transformations, and debugging production issues.
have worked with alumio or a similar ipaas platform like make, celigo, or lobster (big plus, not a hard requirement).
take ownership of your work and manage your own time well.
can communicate professionally in both dutch and english.
are excited about using ai to improve how we work. we actively explore tools and workflows to make our integrations smarter and our processes faster.

what we offer

salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross/month (40 hours), based on your experience.
